Our chef, Stéphan Maqua, has been passionate about cooking since his earliest childhood. He was already venturing into the hotel kitchens when he could barely walk.

Today, he offers refined cuisine that will delight the eyes and taste buds of all gourmets. With his choice of produce, flavours and colours, his respect for the seasons and the way his dishes are presented, nothing is left to chance!

A 3-course menu for €30, to be enjoyed every lunchtime from Monday to Friday by prior arrangement. The chef creates his menu each week according to the season and his current inspirations.
